TROY UNIVERSITY THEATRE & DANCE STUDENT STAFF 
All of our students will be highly visible to assist you in any way. They’ll be all over campus wearing BLACK Troy University Theatre & Dance shirts.

ACCESSING the TROJAN CENTER 
Access the 2nd floor of the Trojan Center by using the stair at the front portico from the theatre entrance next to the Barnes and Nobles bookstore in the upper parking lot. The elevator is accessible in the first floor entrance to the Trojan Center under the portico.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO TROJAN CENTER 
To reach the Trojan Center from U.S. Highway 231 (Northbound or Southbound):
Hwy 231 to Wallace Drive (jumbo Trojan sign/Sonic) Wallace Drive to University (main entrance)
Turn left onto University
Take first right onto Luther Drive to the Trojan Center Drop off students at the Trojan Center
Follow Luther to McKinley Drive
Turn right on McKinley Drive; Follow McKinley to Trojan Arena parking

GENERAL PARKING | BUS PARKING 
Thursday – Park in any lot adjacent to the Trojan Center; lower lot for accessing the 2nd floor lobby and theatre using the front steps and the upper lot for easy access to the second floor lobby and theatre.
Friday – After unloading buses or vans in the Trojan Center lower lots, buses park in the Trojan Arena lot north of the football stadium and cars park in the Lower Trojan Center Lot. Please place your parking pass in the back window. Parking will be tighter and more crowded this day – classes are in session on campus.
Saturday – Follow same parking guidelines for Friday. Parking will be easier this day as the campus will clear out.
NOTE: In the event of a Sunbelt Conference Bowl game on Saturday, buses will be unloaded at the Trojan Center and then will be parked at the Elm Street Softball Field Lot. Individual cars will be parked in the Patterson Hall Lot.

INTERNET/WIFI ACCESS 
Troy University will provide guest Wifi access for school directors, sponsors, judges, and chaperones across campus.

TRUMBAUER EVENT LOCATIONS 
  • Scholarship Auditions & Reception (Thursday Night)
    Directors, Teachers, and Parents are invited to join the ACT College and University Division at the ACT Scholarship Auditions and University Fair in the Trojan Center 2nd floor lobby Thursday evening. Auditions will be preceded by a reception in the Trojan Center Ballrooms. Only students who are auditioning, faculty, and parents are invited to the reception.
  • Individual Events (IEs) and Group Events
    On Friday we will use several buildings on campus, including Patterson Hall, Bibb Graves Hall, the Math & Science Complex (MSCX), Long Hall, and Smith Hall. Saturday we will have all events co-located in Patterson Hall and Bibb Graves Hall.
  • Workshops
    ACT will offer several workshops throughout the festival. These will be located in various locations in Patterson Hall, Bibb Graves Hall, and Long Hall.
  • One Act Plays
    The One Act Plays will be presented in the Claudia Crosby Theater, a 900- seat proscenium space in Smith Hall.
  • Studio Pieces
    The Studio pieces will be presented in the Trojan Center Theater, a 290- seat proscenium space in the Trojan Center.

    One Acts – Trucks | Load-In | Line-up (Friday-Saturday) 
    We will be loading into the Crosby Theater and have limited space. Please have your drivers on alert and available to drop off and pick up scenery. Scenery trucks should park in the lot located East of Crosby in the lane blocked off so that they can be quickly accessed.

    Theatre Spaces Walk-Through (Thursday) 
    On Thursday night from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM there will be a technical walk through of the Crosby and Trojan Center Theatre spaces. The first 30 minutes will be facility orientation and a walk through. Beginning at 9:30 pm, each participant school will be provided 5 minutes for students to familiarize themselves with the lighting control setup. Groups will be brought up to the booth area(s) and given an orientation on the operation and follow-spot/other procedures.
    Groups will not be given extra time to work with the control systems. The setup will be the same for all participants, and all participants are invited to the walk- through. Groups not participating in the walk-through will have to use the 15- minute setup time to familiarize themselves with equipment. TROY Technical staff will be available to instruct and assist students in the booth and backstage areas.
